KELLY JANE KERR
she / her
I am a queer, trauma-informed, social justice–oriented integrative therapist specialising in holistic psychological health and wellbeing. My practice draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-sensitive mindfulness, somatic approaches, and contemplative science.
My approach is collaborative and invitational - grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is a vehicle for healing. From a foundation of safety and trust, we explore and challenge growth edges and what keeps you stuck, practice new ways of responding to yourself and others, and reconnect to your own innate capacity for healing.
I offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and sex worker communities. I welcome and celebrate diversity and the wisdom of lived experience. I also recognise that our inner worlds and ways of relating are deeply influenced by broader social, cultural, and political contexts. We make room for complexity and explore generative resistance.
My work is shaped not only by professional training in social work, psychology, and psychotherapy, but also by ongoing personal commitments to meditation, movement, and Buddhist practice. I am deeply devoted to my own psycho-spiritual journey and I am equally devoted to being a steady, grounded presence for others on their own path.
“Love and justice are not two. Without inner change there can be no outer change.
Without outer change, no change matters.”
Rev. angel Kyodo Williams
