KELLY JANE KERR

she / her

A woman with short brown hair standing by a river in a wooded area, wearing a black tank top, black shirt, white pants, and a necklace.

I am a queer, trauma-informed, social justice–oriented integrative therapist specialising in a holistic approach to psychological health and wellbeing. My practice draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-sensitive mindfulness, somatics, and contemplative science. This experiential and relational focus strengthens self-awareness, bridges the body - mind divide, and fosters compassionate action toward meaningful change.

My practice is collaborative and invitational, which supports a genuine therapeutic relationship to flourish and a felt sense of safety to emerge. From this relational foundation we can explore and challenge growth edges, and practice new ways of responding to oneself and others. I am here to support you to reconnect to your own innate capacity for healing.

I offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and sex worker communities. I welcome and celebrate diversity and the wisdom of lived experience. I also recognise that our inner worlds and ways of relating are deeply influenced by broader social, cultural, and political contexts. We make room for complexity and where appropriate, we explore generative resistance.

My work is shaped not only by professional training in social work, psychology, and psychotherapy, but also by ongoing personal commitments to meditation, movement, and Buddhist practice. I am deeply devoted to my own psycho-spiritual journey and I am equally devoted to being a steady, grounded presence for others on their own unique journey of change and transformation.

“Love and justice are not two. Without inner change there can be no outer change.
Without outer change, no change matters.”

Rev. angel Kyodo Williams
